1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between bd bajin and its members. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the bd bajin platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of the following terms.

Bd bajin is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, and related services to users in Bangladesh. To access these services, you must agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2Account Registration & Verification

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested to verify your age.
• One Account: Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Phone Number Verification: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number must be provided at registration and verified via OTP.

3Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on bd bajin, please read and understand the rules below. Every bet is treated as a binding agreement and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Payout Calculation: Payout = Stake × Odds. Any applicable taxes or service charges will be deducted from the payout.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bd bajin reserves the right to void the affected bets.

4Payment Policy — Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members receive priority fast payouts.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A maximum of three withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bd bajin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms that must be read before claiming. The general bonus rules are outlined below.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering amount must be met, as detailed in each individual offer.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd bajin platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Misuse of the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in a third party's name or using funds belonging to a third party.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Harassing or threatening other members.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Under the following circumstances, bd bajin may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

8Responsible Gambling
